Spencer Kohn is an accomplished expert in human factors research with extensive experience in cognitive state estimation and trust in automation. Currently serving as the Director of Human Factors Research at Perceptronics Solutions, Inc., Spencer Kohn manages projects involving Bayesian inference for adaptive systems and models attention investment in medical flight tasks. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at the HeART Lab, where exploration of trust violations and their effects on automated teammates took place, and Lecturer at George Mason University, teaching Systems Analysis and Design.
