Ashley Y. has been working since 2017, starting with Pet Legacies by Callaway-Jones as the Director of Operations. In 2020, they began working for Enchanted Reveries as the Chief Executive Officer, where they assist future and current business owners on ways to expand to their audience, helping them with website building or simple tweaking, as well as advertisements and market strategies. In 2022, Ashley Y. began working for IAC as a Sales and Marketing Specialist and for Perceptionist as a Sales Specialist.

Ashley Y. holds an Associate's degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Don Roberts Beauty Schools, which they obtained between 2004 and 2006. Ashley is currently enrolled in the Harvard Business School Online Business Analytics Program, which they began in 2021. Ashley Y. also holds four certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Coursera (obtained in December 2021), Coursera Data Analytics from Google (obtained in November 2021), Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google (obtained in November 2021), and Serv Safe from Brazos County (obtained in October 2015).
