Alex began her career as a mixed media artist at Tufts University before graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in film and animation. Before joining Perception as a production coordinator, she worked as a freelance 2D animator based in New York. Her interest in animation stems from a desire to see still art brought to life through movement.

Alex is the kind of person who always has a snack in their pocket. Outside the office, she continues to develop her own projects and is currently working on a stop-motion animation about family bonds. She is an avid movie-goer and reader, consuming anything and everything she can get her hands on, and is learning to juggle and walk on her hands to fulfill childhood dreams of joining the circus.
