Haim Bondar has worked in the technology industry since 2003. Haim began their career as a Javascript Developer at ORT Israel, Technology & Science Educational Network. In 2007, they moved to the Israel Defense Forces, C4I Corps, where they served as a Software Developer and Team Leader. In 2010, they joined boxee as a Software Engineer. In 2012, they worked at WatchDox, acquired by BlackBerry, as a Software Engineer. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Windows Technologies Team Leader and Senior Systems Software Developer at BlackBerry. In 2018, they moved to Via - On-Demand Transit as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2021, they joined Hysolate as a Senior Software Engineer, and in 2022 they began working at Perception Point as a Senior Software Engineer.

Haim Bondar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from The Open University of Israel between 2010 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Computer Programming from ORT Colleges between 2005 and 2007.
