Valerie Worden is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading and facilitating strategic projects across customer service portfolios. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Roofstock since April 2022, Valerie previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Radial Inc. from October 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities included managing resources and schedules throughout the project life cycle. With a solid foundation in project management, Valerie also worked at Percepta LLC from 2005 to 2014 in various roles, including Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and Operations Business Manager, overseeing teams and implementing process improvements. Earlier career achievements at Percepta, from 2001 to 2004, included the roles of Quality Systems Manager and Project Launch Manager, contributing to the development and execution of quality systems and customer campaigns. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from the University of Central Florida.
