Terry Roper is a seasoned procurement and operations professional with extensive experience in the HSPD-12 USAccess account across various roles since 2001. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at Peraton, responsibilities include procuring hardware, software, and managing asset control for the HSPD-12 account. Previously at Perspecta, Terry held multiple positions including Requirements Lead and Help Desk Manager, overseeing documentation, equipment deployment, and a national help desk serving 99 government agencies.
