Michael Levin has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, holding senior positions in business development, product management, and strategic planning. Michael is currently an advisor at Peratech, a position they have held since 2016.
Levin began their career as a research engineer at LEGO Futura in 1989. Michael then moved on to Merck, where they worked as a project manager from 1990 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Immersion Corporation as vice president and general manager, a position they held for 14 years. During their time at Immersion, Levin was responsible for the company's intellectual property strategy and led business activities in various industries, including automotive, industrial, military, medical equipment, commercial gaming, and professional audio / video. Michael was also responsible for design wins with major companies such as 3M, Alpine, BMW, Logitech, Mercedes-Benz, Thomson, Toyota, and others.
In 2009, Levin left Immersion to become president of Magnition. Michael held this position for three years before moving on to Pacinian Corporation as vice president in 2012. Michael left Pacinian in 2016 to join Peratech as an advisor.
Michael Levin graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics- Avionics. Michael also has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same school.
