Rosana Padilla is a seasoned professional in the petrochemical sector, currently serving as Project Leader at Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since May 2012, where responsibilities include leading the improvement of the electrical substation at the José Antonio Anzoátegui Petrochemical Complex and conducting technical engineering studies to support business development. Previously, Rosana held roles as Project Coordinator and Production and Project Advisor, overseeing production line projects and fostering the adoption of new technologies. Prior experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Servicios Integrales Profesionales C. A. and as a Technology Marketing Assistant at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. Rosana holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' and a diploma from OGU, Baker Hughes in Oil & Gas.
