Prachi Chopra is a seasoned professional in the field of food technology and regulatory compliance, currently serving at Veeba since November 2018 as a Regulatory Compliance Research and Development Manager. Prior to this role, Prachi worked as a Project Manager at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, where the development and extension of the shelf life of cold brew bottled coffee were successfully accomplished. Experience at Bagrrys India Limited as a Senior Executive in R&D involved launching new food products, including healthy bakery items, and overseeing production and quality standards at health cafés. Earlier roles include Research and Development Executive at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd., where the formulation and quality control of new products were key responsibilities, along with academic contributions as a Research Scholar at Wayne State University. Prachi holds an MTech and a BTech in Food Technology and Processing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Amity University respectively.
