Leon Imas currently serves as the Vice President of Design for North America Beverage & Experience at PepsiCo, where responsibilities include developing design strategies and leading growth initiatives across the beverage portfolio since July 2020. Previously, Leon held various senior leadership roles at adidas from 2004 to 2020, including Senior Director of Advanced Brand Expression & Innovation, where a focus was placed on creating cohesive branding for innovations, and Senior Director of Global Identity, which involved uniting global design teams to enhance the adidas brand. With a strong foundation in design acquired from the Rhode Island School of Design, Leon launched a career in agency design before undertaking significant roles leading creative direction and brand identity for major sports organizations. Key achievements include introducing the Brooklyn community to the Brooklyn Nets branding and inspiring creativity through events that feature industry innovators.
