Jessica Summers has accumulated extensive experience at PepsiCo since joining the company in July 2014. Currently serving as a UX Researcher & Designer and eCommerce Content & PIM Lead, Jessica has successfully launched a Global PIM solution in the UK, significantly enhancing data management and accuracy. Previous roles include eCommerce Content Manager, IT Commercial Service Lead, and IT Functional Analyst, where Jessica contributed to the digital content portfolio, managed IT support for critical systems, and ensured high standards in digital applications. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2016, and completed high school at Arnold Hill School & 6th Form College.
