Hiawatha Rhyans is an experienced brewing professional with a solid background in the industry, currently serving as the Lead Brewer at Elysian Brewing since July 2014. Previous roles include Lead Brewer at Bainbridge Island Brewing and Schooner Exact Brewing Co., as well as Cellarman positions at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company and Schooner Exact Brewing Co. Early career experience includes customer service roles at PCC Natural Markets and Starbucks, where Hiawatha developed skills in equipment maintenance and operations as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. Hiawatha began professional experience in production supervision at Minco Mfg Inc and served as a Supply Specialist in the US Army, showcasing a diverse range of operational and leadership skills.
