Dannii Portsmouth FCIPD serves as the SVP, Chief People Officer for PepsiCo Europe, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership. Previous roles include VP HR for West Division Beverages US and for PepsiCo UK & Ireland. Additional leadership positions include Chief Member at Chief and Programming Co-Chair at NextUp Southern California. As a Leadership Fellow with the Society of Leadership Fellows, Portsmouth also held key HR roles at GSK, including VP HR for Consumer Healthcare R&D and Digital Innovation, as well as Director for HR Business Lead in UK & Ireland Pharmaceuticals and Director of the CEO's Future Strategy Group.
