Carmen Cary is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in global human resources leadership within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as HR Vice President for Global IT, Data & Analytics, Digital Products & Services at PepsiCo since August 2018, Carmen previously held significant roles at Frito-Lay, including HR Vice President for the West Division and HRVP for Frito-Lay North America Supply Chain, providing HR support to over 20,000 employees. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business, earned between 1985 and 1989.
