Ammara Javaid is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Sr HR Business Partner for International Beverages at PepsiCo since April 2022, Ammara manages the people agenda for various global functions. Prior roles at Nestlé from April 2016 to March 2022 included HR Projects Lead and Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment, employer branding, and leadership development across multiple regions. Ammara's career began with roles at Morgan Stanley, Descon Integrated Projects, FranklinCovey Pakistan, and Nesvita, covering diverse aspects of HR and marketing.
