Alison Hansen, MA, SHRM-SCP, serves as Senior Director at PepsiCo since June 2015, leading learning design and development at PFNA. Previously, Alison held the position of Director of Learning Design and Development, overseeing teams dedicated to enhancing skills in Sales, Supply Chain, and Global Business Services, and also served as Director of Leadership Development and Director of Pepsi University. Prior experience includes roles at Mary Kay Inc. from 2005 to May 2015, focusing on Global Consumer Marketing and sales development for the Latin America region, along with leadership in Singapore. Alison began a career at Accenture from May 1999 to December 2004 as a Consultant in Human Performance within the Telecommunications and High Tech industry. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish from Baylor University, and various programs including an HR Essentials Certificate from eCornell.
