Tommy Putra is a skilled UX researcher and designer with extensive experience across multiple industries, including finance, e-commerce, and customer experience. Currently, Tommy serves as a UX Researcher at Pepperstone, where responsibilities include conducting end-to-end user research, collaborating with design and product teams, and managing a participant research panel. Prior roles include UX Designer and Researcher at Ruffle Design Co, where Tommy designed websites for Australian clients and facilitated design workshops, and UX Researcher positions at Wellcom Worldwide and Nomat, where Tommy conducted user interviews and usability tests. Tommy's significant management experience was developed as a UX Research Manager at Bukalapak, overseeing a large research team.
