Luke Richmond has extensive experience in the financial services and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Solutions and Senior Portfolio Manager at Pepper Financial Services Group since July 2014, Richmond previously held the position of Senior Manager at Pepper Property Advisory from July 2012 to June 2014. Prior to that, Richmond worked as a Senior Manager at Grant Samuel and as an Associate Director in Real Estate Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Surveyor in the Central London Development team at CBRE. Richmond holds a BSC Hons in Land Management and a Diploma in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Reading.
