Tom Blatcher is an experienced attorney currently practicing at Pepper Hamilton LLP since August 2004. Prior to this role, Tom served as an Economic and Legal Advisor for the Ministry of Finance in the Government of Japan from December 2000 to August 2004. Earlier in their career, Tom participated in the JET Program as an Assistant English Teacher and Coordinator for International Relations from July 1989 to July 1992. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University and a Doctor of Law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Tom also spent time at East China Normal University in 1984.
