Ramiro Ramirez is a seasoned technical support engineer with extensive experience in network solutions, business development, and project management. Currently serving as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at Peplink since October 2020, Ramiro previously held a Tier 1 position within the same company, focusing on routing, SD-WAN, WiFi, cellular modems, and Starlink.
