Denzil Govender is an experienced professional currently serving as a Regional Manager and Project Manager at PEP since July 2022. Previously, Denzil worked at Edcon from February 2001 to September 2020, holding multiple management roles, including Customer Experience/Insights/Services Manager, Group Efficiency Manager, and Senior Efficiency/Programme Manager. Denzil developed and implemented customer experience strategies, drove operational efficiencies across various channels, and led significant improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Certification in Business Management from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa, alongside numerous certifications in areas such as Customer Experience Management, Scrum Master Training, and Warehouse Management.
