Doruk Molo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship. As the Partner and R&D Director at Peoplise since June 2018, Molo has led research and development initiatives focused on innovative technologies in the HR industry. Previously, as the Partner and CTO at Peoplise, Molo contributed to creating a Talent Experience System that enhances ATS into a mobile-compatible platform. Molo co-founded several startups, including LeadFlip, which utilizes chatbots for lead generation, and Arkenus, a software house that developed over 20 branded products and completed more than 150 customer projects. Molo also co-founded API Plug, which significantly reduced API development costs, and PathPlug, recognized for its location-based marketing solutions. Early career experiences include roles as a software engineer and developer, complemented by a Master's degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi.
