Kerrie Maitland serves as the Head of Transform and Coaching at PeopleWise, a leading business psychology firm, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kerrie was the Managing Director and Career & Leadership Coach at Positive Dimensions Limited from August 2015 to November 2022, where initiatives included bespoke coaching programs and the launch of online events for career change. Kerrie's extensive experience in human resources spans various roles at Santander Bank, including Senior HR Director and HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2015, as well as positions at Santander from 2005 to 2011, and HR Development Manager at VT Group from 1998 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Cheltenham and Gloucester University.
