Marlene A. currently serves as the Head of Human Resources and Sponsorships at A2SV, focusing on Human Resources and corporate partnerships since April 2023. Marlene is also an advisor at PeopleTech Partners, contributing to the growth of early-stage people technology startups. Previously, Marlene held senior leadership roles in People Operations at Liftoff Mobile, where the company was acquired by a Blackstone portfolio company, and at GoodData, supporting international HR operations. Marlene has experience in humanitarian efforts with Supply Hope, enhancing women's economic opportunities in Central America, and has worked in various HR capacities at Dell, Lowe's Companies, and Wells Fargo. Marlene holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Simmons University and a BBA in Finance from Texas Woman's University.
