Kristen Hayward is currently the Head of People & Operations at Superhuman, where Kristen leads the Foundation Team consisting of Finance, Operations, People, and Recruiting. Kristen is also an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners, a Pod Leader at Declare, an Advisor at Agave, and previously held roles in various companies such as Flexport and Zenefits. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from California State University, Long Beach.
