Brijendra Kumar has extensive experience in payroll and compliance, currently working at PeopleStrong since May 2018, focusing on PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF. Prior to this, Brijendra served as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at BRIJRAJ STAR SERVICES from June 2018 to November 2022, providing consultancy on HR payroll and online/offline ESIC & PF solutions. From October 2011 to May 2018, Brijendra was a Senior Executive in HR at OUT SMART, overseeing attendance and payroll-related tasks. Brijendra's career began at HCL Technologies from October 2008 to October 2010, followed by a position at HCL Infosystems Ltd from February 2007 to June 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Art (M.A.) in Education from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur, and a High School diploma from R.A.V. INTER COLLAGE CHHACHONAPUR.
