Robin Mark Lamb is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing teams and delivering recruitment services across various industries, including IT, telecommunications, media, and digital marketing. Currently serving as Director at PeopleSolved since December 2016, Robin oversees a team of ten, specializing in sourcing candidates from engineering to executive levels. Prior to this role, Robin was the Resourcing Team Manager for Telco, Media, and Broadcasting, focusing on stakeholder management. Robin's previous experience includes leading a team of resourcing consultants at Networkers in the Africa region from August 2011 to December 2016. Robin holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour, Organisational Psychology, and Human Resources from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a Senior Certificate from Fish Hoek High School.
