Robert McPherson, CRCM, CAMS has a diverse work history. Robert started their career as an Intern in Portfolio Management at First Nationwide Mortgage in 2002. Robert then worked as an Information Technology Contractor at American Partners Bank in 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Mortgage Operations Support Manager at Waterfield Bank, where they conducted loan reviews and managed HMDA/Reg operations. In 2010, they became the Business Manager at F2N Entertainment, LLC, where they provided financial advice to an independent recording artist. Robert joined First Federal Bank in 2012 as the AVP Senior Compliance and Fair Lending Officer, responsible for ensuring consumer lending compliance and managing compliance risks. In 2016, they were promoted to VP Mortgage Compliance and Quality Control Officer at First Federal Bank, a position they held until 2019. Currently, Robert is the Vice President of Risk Management at Peoples State Bank, starting their role in November 2019. In addition to their banking experience, they will also be serving as a Village Trustee for the Village of Waunakee starting in April 2023.
Robert McPherson, CRCM, CAMS completed their B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the University of Tampa from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Governor Thomas Johnson High from 1997 to 2001 without obtaining a degree or field of study information. Robert also holds the certification of Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) obtained from the American Bankers Association in February 2018.
