Glenn Dobson is an experienced professional in workplace engagement and business development, currently serving as the Workplace Engagement Manager at People's Partnership since November 2022. Prior to this role, Glenn enjoyed early retirement and previously held significant positions at B&CE, including National Business Development Manager and National Team Leader for Intermediary Relationship Management, where responsibilities included managing intermediary relationships and strategic market planning. Glenn's career also includes leadership roles at NEST Corporation and Personal Accounts Delivery Authority, along with a long tenure at AXA as a Business Development Manager in the Corporate Benefits Division. Glenn holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting Studies from the University of West London.
