Carlos Henriques is an experienced automation specialist currently employed at People's Partnership since October 2022. Previously, Carlos held similar roles at Virgin Media O2 from January 2018 to September 2022 and contributed significantly to process automation journeys, including solution design and deployment. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Ericsson as a systems engineer and RAN OSS operations engineer, providing expertise in real-time performance monitoring for various network technologies and supporting managed services. Carlos began a career at Nokia, serving as a senior customer support engineer, technical support engineer, and end-to-end care services engineer, where notable achievements included software installations and preventive monitoring tool development. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Networks from the Polytechnic of Leiria, graduated in 2008.
