Chantel Raygoza is an experienced Associate Engineer at Peoples Gas since February 2023, with a prior role as a Chemical Engineer at Orochem Technologies, Inc. from January 2022 to February 2023. Chantel has also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology, collaborating on CO2 reduction experiments and performing cyclic voltammetry studies. Additional research experience includes an internship at Influit Energy with a focus on nanomaterial synthesis and electrochemical characterization for battery applications, where efficiency was improved through the development of an organizational system. Chantel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in General Studies from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
