LaDonna Mild is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and lending sectors. Currently serving as an AVP and Lending Assistant at Peoples Bank Texas since May 2021, LaDonna has also held significant roles including Operations Team Lead at FirstBank & Trust from September 2015 to May 2021 and Credit Manager/Lending Assistant at First State Bank from September 2007 to September 2015. LaDonna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Wind Energy from Texas Tech University - National Wind Institute, obtained between 2014 and 2017, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University, completed in 2013.
