Phil Heldrich is an experienced banking executive with a strong background in commercial lending and real estate finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Washington Division President at Peoples Bank since September 2021, Phil previously held key leadership roles at Premier Bank and Severn Savings Bank, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Phil has consistently managed and originated commercial real estate and lending relationships across regions including Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Phil's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University, obtained from 1975 to 1979.
