Dwight Smith is an accomplished board member and executive with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a board member for Peoples Bank, Rocky Brands, Inc., OCLC, SureImpact, and The Highlights Foundation, Dwight Smith has been actively involved in leadership roles for multiple years across several sectors. Since 2014, Dwight Smith has been a member of the Board of Directors for Nationwide Children's Hospital and has served as Executive Director of the TBTG Foundation since 1995. Previously, Dwight Smith held the position of Director at The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from 2017 to 2022 and was the founder and CEO of Sophisticated Systems, Inc. from 1990 until August 2023. Academically, Dwight Smith holds a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University, as well as a business education from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
