Kelly Gallant is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and resource management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Headcount Management at PeopleReady since July 2021, Kelly leads multiple teams focused on talent acquisition and workforce management. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Headcount Management Leader at PeopleScout from March 2016 to June 2021, overseeing resource management and variable workforce development.
