Fiona Russell is an experienced coaching professional, currently serving as the Founder & Coach at Lumind Coaching since January 2019, and as an Executive Coach at multiple organizations including Nudge Coaching & Consultancy, Maximus International, and Peoplemax. In addition to these roles, Fiona is associated with Meta-LUCID and The Change Executive as an Associate and Facilitator/Coach, respectively. Fiona's prior experience includes a significant tenure at Marsh, where responsibilities included leading Global Talent Management strategies, and roles in various managerial positions focused on organization development. Fiona holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology from the University of Adelaide.
