Giorgos Sofronas is an accomplished technology and project management professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Technology & EPMO at PeopleCert since October 2015, Giorgos has previously held significant roles including Head of Intelligent Services at Eurobank and Group Product Development Manager at Vodafone. With a strong background in delivering strategic commercial projects, budget planning, and project management, Giorgos has effectively led diverse teams and initiatives within various sectors, including telecommunications and finance. Giorgio's earlier career includes key positions at Thales and AIRCOM International, focusing on program management and mobile communication consulting. Academically, Giorgos holds a Master's degree in Communications & Digital Signal Processing from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester.
