Erin Devlin FRCSA GAICD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and the performing arts. Currently serving as Managing Director of people2people since March 2015, Erin oversees operations for a diversified recruitment company with multiple offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. From March 2010, Erin has also been a Director at Infront Sports Consulting, focusing on career transition services for athletes and coaches. Previously, Erin held the position of Managing Director at Devlin Alliance, which merged with people2people, and served as a Senior Associate at Drake International, specializing in the recruitment of sales and marketing professionals. Erin's early career included international experience with Emirates Airline and notable roles as a dancer with The Australian Ballet and West Australian Ballet, showcasing a blend of artistic and corporate expertise. Educational qualifications include a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course and a Graduate Certificate in Sport Management from Deakin University.
