Michael Temblador is an experienced designer and educator with a diverse background in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently serving as Associate Principal Designer at People Rocket since January 2021, Michael employs design thinking to assist various clients, including Fortune 500 companies and non-profits, in addressing complex challenges. Prior roles include curriculum and instructional designer at Next Shift Learning and academic dean at KIPP LA Public Schools, where Michael contributed to the academic success of low-income students. Michael's earlier experience includes teaching at East Chicago Lighthouse Charter School and leadership development roles with Teach For America. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Marist College.
