Emilie Van der Lande is a seasoned HR strategist specializing in people and culture, currently serving as Strategist People & Culture at People masterminds since January 2022. Emilie operates a consultancy focused on supporting start-ups and scale-ups in building robust HR organizations since October 2019. Previously, Emilie held the position of People & Culture Director at GoSpooky, a social marketing firm, from January 2020 to February 2022. Emilie's extensive experience includes leadership roles in HR and legal at WeTransfer, talent development management at SHV, and HR positions at Allen & Overy LLP. Emilie holds a Master's degree in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam, completed in 2006.
