Additionally, Emanuela's experience includes child protection management at Burma Issues, a human rights education internship at Amnesty International, and conflict mediation with the Global Conscience Initiative. Emanuela's academic background includes a Master's in Nationalism Studies from Central European University and Master’s degrees in History focusing on Roma policies and workers' health protection.
