Blessing Allen-Adebayo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market systems development and sustainable agriculture. Currently serving as a Global Advisor for Market Systems Development at People in Need since June 2022, Blessing focuses on effective interventions across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. Previous roles include Head of the Sustainable Land Management Thematic Group at the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, where Blessing contributed to national policies for sustainable agriculture in Nigeria. Other notable positions include Senior Program Manager at Palladium, where Blessing facilitated a digital agricultural extension service, and various roles at the Foundation for Partnership Initiatives in the Niger Delta, focusing on capacity building and market development in agribusiness. Blessing holds an M.Sc. in Marine Pollution and Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental and Public Health Microbiology.
