Victoria Volpe is a Recruiting and Onboarding Program Specialist at People2.0, responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting and onboarding processes for various clients, including Boeing and Warner Bros. Studios. With extensive experience in event marketing as both an Event Brand Ambassador and Event Marketing Representative, Victoria has promoted key brands across high-traffic events in Colorado. Prior roles include working as a People and Community Coordinator at NVE Experience Agency, where onboarding processes were developed for new hires, and multiple positions at Google, where exceptional candidate experience and high-volume interview scheduling were prioritized. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing, as well as Technology, Arts, and Media from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
