Noah Carter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the accounting and finance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Penzance since July 2021, Noah has previously held positions such as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Watermark Lodging Trust, Inc., and Executive Director - Chief Accounting Officer at W. P. Carey Inc. Noah began their career at Ernst & Young, where Noah advanced through roles from Audit Manager to Assurance Senior Manager.
