John Kusturiss has extensive experience in the development and construction sectors, currently serving as a Partner in Development and Asset Management, as well as Chief Development and Construction Officer at Penzance since November 2013. Prior roles at Penzance include Senior Vice President and Vice President of Development, as well as Senior Project Manager. Before joining Penzance, John Kusturiss worked at Equity Residential as Senior Construction Manager and Construction Manager from October 2006 to November 2013, and previously held the position of Office Engineer at Clark Construction from January 2005 to October 2006. John Kusturiss holds an MBA in Business from The George Washington University School of Business and a BAS in Engineering Technology from the University of Delaware.
