As a Chief officer/CEO of over 24 years I have gained extensive experience in working across multi agency/sector models of programme development, change, redesign programmes & organisational development.

My proudest achievements are the improved outcomes gained for service users through the international, national and local service/programme redesigns and test of change I have delivered and supported.
