Tim Cox has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Tim started their career at Speedo International as a UK Field Sales Territory Manager, where they managed North England, the Midlands, and Wales territories. Later, they became a UK Sales Key Account Manager, responsible for the Swim, Triathlon, and Outdoor Specialist account base. In this role, they negotiated terms and conditions and worked towards mutual growth and profitability. Tim then joined Pentland Brands as a Global Commercial Strategy and Planning Manager for Speedo International, where they contributed to brand planning, deployed plans to sales teams, and implemented the Integrated Business Planning process. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Partner Marketing for Speedo at Pentland Brands. Throughout their career, Tim has successfully built strategic business plans, developed contractual partnerships, and achieved revenue growth for their employers.
From 2000 to 2003, Tim Cox attended Filton College Bristol where they received an HND in Leisure Management.
