Rachel Wearden currently serves as a Senior Customer Service and Digital Operations Executive at Pentland Brands since February 2019. Prior to this, Rachel also worked as a Customer Service Agent at Capita from July 2017 to November 2018. Rachel received a Foundation degree in Hospitality and Tourism from University College Birmingham.
