Kris Weir is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in visual merchandising and retail marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Global Retail Marketing Manager at Pentland Brands since May 2024, Kris previously held the role of Global Head of Visual Merchandising at The Body Shop from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Global VM team and developing guidelines for new store openings. Prior to that, Kris spent eight years at Nike in various roles, including EMEA Brand Marketing Manager, where strategic marketing plans were developed, and Visual Merchandising and Styling Manager, overseeing operations across 270 stores. Kris also has experience with Limited Brands International and Victoria's Secret, and operated as a freelance retail consultant. A graduate of Philadelphia University in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, Kris has furthered education at OSS Retail and New York University in graphic design.
