Ros Tregurtha is a seasoned Senior HR Leader with extensive experience in business transformation, culture, and change management. Currently, Ros serves as the General Manager for People & Culture at Penten. Previously, Ros held the role of Chief People and Sustainability Officer at Domain and was HR Director for Australian Publishing Media at Fairfax Media, where Ros played a pivotal role in the Fairfax of the Future transformation program. Additionally, Ros has contributed to academia as a Casual Lecturer at UTS and volunteered in Samoa as part of the Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development Program.
